Wow im so bad at this blogging thing. But lets see i checked in after the long run. Thursday went well, i wasnt too sore, and got some good cross training in! Friday i had an awesome 8 miles, 6 at tempo, the whole thing took me just under an hour. Not too bad! And then yesterday i cross trained. Not much, i only had 3 hours of sleep after the concert, and i was totally drained. But i caught up on my sleep last night, and im resting!(Sundays=Rest day). So Stoked for tommarow's 9!
On the core front, im beginning to see the beginnings of a 4 pack! finally!
This next week marks the final third of periodization on my plan, so i will be increasing speedwork, and decreasing hills. Getting close to marathon taper!!
