I'm Back!

Alright Im back! Summer school just started, so my schedule has been kinda crazy. Ive stuck with my schedule though, and my runs are going great! I did an easy 4 monday, cross train tuesday(loving weights now!!) and my lond run yesterday! 21 miles! Went really well, pain free, negative splits. In the heat, and i dont tolerate heat well. Im feeling pretty good today, so Im off to the gym for some cross training. Possibly a little bike for cardio, and upper body lift? And core of course, i am determined to get my 6 pack!

On a lesser note, my weight has totally dropped. Body fat as well, so its not just water. I havent gotten my period yet, so im a little concerned. Im going to up calories about 500 per day, and keep an eye on it. If i dont get a cycle soon, off to the dr....
